Build an AI Sports Coach

Start an AI Sports Coaching Business

BUSINESS SPECS AI in sports was a USD 1.22 billion market worldwide in 2025. In the Philippines, the pickleball federation alone counts 492 clubs and more than 46,400 registered players. Those players already pay for help with their game: a lesson in Cebu runs about PHP 500 an hour. For example, picture 20 players each paying PHP 500 a month, the price of one lesson, for video reviews and a training plan built around their own goal. That can come to PHP 10,000 a month (20 x PHP 500).

THE COST GAP The traditional way means becoming a coach yourself. A Level 1 coaching certification for instructors in the Philippines costs PHP 5,000, and court time in Metro Manila runs PHP 350 to 700 an hour, so 20 hours of lessons can add PHP 7,000 or more. Registering a business name at city level is another PHP 530. That comes to at least PHP 12,500 in your first month, before permits and gear. With Apex, you start with the course at PHP 5,000.
